I’m ready to kick the bucket at 9pm tonight. Feeling tired after eating like a rabbit today. I’m on a detox diet. Not to lose fats but to flush the fats out from my arteries and intestines and if I lose some other fats in the process, that’s cool too. Did you know that science has recently discovered that fat is the sixth taste we humans can identify besides sweet, sour, bitter, salty and savoury.
One brother just came home and I don’t feel that tired anymore. Level of loneliness is also a determining factor of what time I sleep. But I should force myself to sleep. It’s a form of detox too. Get rid of fatigue from my bones and allow my body to make new cells to cover the bald spot on my head.
Been feeling temperamental like waves recently. According to the location of the moon and its magnetic pull, I’m either lapping gently upon the shores of the beach or crashing against the breakwater. Right now, the shore line is receding and I’m gonna sleep.
